The Waterford 'Wildcat Pride' Marching Band recently performed at OMEA
State Marching Band Finals in Dayton, Ohio on November 1st. The Band
received a superior rating! CONGRATULATIONS!!
Pep Band
Basketball season is under way. Check the events page for pep band games
and rehearsals, we would love to see you there! Pep band is open to
anyone (Even alumni!). You don't need to be in Marching or Concert band
to participate, and ALL instrumentation is accepted (that's right, if you
can play it, we'll find music for you!). Please contact Mr. Laswell if
you are interested!

The band will perform at The State Marching Band Finals in Dayton, Ohio on
November 1st.
Where: University of Dayton Welcome Arena
Performance Time: 1:15 p.m.

10/14/2009 - WE DID IT AGAIN!!!
The Waterford Wildcat Pride Marching Band has done it again: qualifying for State Marching Band Finals for the 14th year in a row! The band is scheduled to perform at the University of Dayton Welcome Stadium on November 1st. Congratulations band!
The band will perform for the homecoming festivites at Marietta College on Saturday, October 17th. The homecoming parade starts at 11:30 a.m. The band will also perform pre-game and the halftime show during the ONU Vs. Marietta football game.

10/07/2009 - Competition Double Header This Weekend
The Waterford Wildcat Pride Marching Band has two competitions this coming weekend on October 10th.
Marietta High School Band O Rama
Warm-up Time: 10:55 a.m.
Performance Time: 11:45 a.m.
Ft. Frye Pageant Of Bands
Warm-up Time: 4:25 p.m.
Performance Time: 5:15 p.m.
The bus will depart from Waterford Elementary at 9:45. The students need to arrive at 9:30 to load. Please check the events page for any directions, or call Mr. Laswell at (740)505-8689 for any further
questions.
9/28/2009 - Chicken Barbeque & Homecoming Parade
The Waterford Band Booster Chicken Barbeque is this Friday, October 2nd, from 3:30-6:00 PM. Pick-up orders will be ready by 3:30 PM. The Homecoming Parade follows the Barbeque at 6:00 PM starting at Waterford High School.

9/12/2009 - New Director, Mr. John Laswell, Begins the Competition Season
Welcome Mr. John Laswell as he enters his first year as band director at Waterford Schools.
We all love Mr. Sigman and wish him the best of luck at his new position as band director at Gallia Academy High School in
Gallia County.
The Wildcat Marching Pride open their competition season Saturday, September 12th at Philo High School.
